Drop the harf of Mudhaari`:

L2-22.1

Silence the last letter (This is only when there is nothing after the laam) and drop every noon which does not express the doer:

Notcie the first letter is saakin and Arabs don not start with a saakin (nor do they end with mutaharrik):

L2-22.6

Since the letter after the harf mudhaari` (which was dropped) is saakin,  we add an alif wasl.

l2-22.7

We give that alif a dhammah if the ayn has a dhammah, otherwise we give it a kasrah.  Here they all get a kasrah:

L2-22.1

l2-22.15

For if`allu it is: (in the first example a fathah is given to the second of the two saakins and not the first, to avoid iltiqaa us saakinayn and to keep it merged.  It is given fathah because fathah is the lightest of the harakaat)  (in the last example the laams are unmerged and the harakah is given to the first laam)
